Reservations for participants :
- 30 rooms are blocked from February 6 to 8, 2025.
- Reservations must be paid directly to the hotel by participants.
- For reservations, please contact garden@abbahoteles.com directly, indicating the name of the symposium.
Below is the room reduction policy :
The hotel will be able to maintain the full block of 30 rooms until December 27, 2024.
- On December 27th at 12:00 noon the hotel will cancel 25% of the reservations that are pending naming.
- On January 12 at 12:00 noon the hotel will cancel 50% of the reservations that are still pending.
- On January 26th at 12:00 noon the hotel will cancel 75% of the reservations that are still pending naming.
- On January 31 at 12:00 noon the hotel will cancel the remaining reservations that are still pending naming, leaving only those reservations confirmed by Booking Form for each client.
- From then on, they will be managed upon request and according to the hotel's availability.
Please mention "PAED MOVEMENT DISORDERS participant" when making your reservation in order to benefit from negotiated rates.
